Challenge
RIC Energy is a global power producer and renewable energy developer with operations across four continents and over a dozen countries. Despite its growing international footprint, their North American division lacked a dedicated website. Their online presence was limited to a page on the Spain-based corporate site, with inconsistent English translations and a misaligned brand.
The objective was to build a website that felt approachable to RIC Energy’s North American audience, support lead generation, and operate independently while receiving global approval.

I led the project from discovery through launch, serving as strategic lead while managing alignment, timeline control, and international coordination.

Conducted a website audit and developed the website strategy, outlining recommendations, platform considerations, and projected third-party costs

Researched and selected Mapbox as the interactive mapping solution to support landowner engagement and project visibility.

Outcome
The result was a dedicated English-language website aligned with the North American division’s brand standards and approved by global leadership.
The site provides clear lead-generation pathways and structured navigation, while geolocation routing allows users to reach the appropriate regional experience. The framework also supports future regional expansion.
